Refund and Returns Policy

What is your refund policy?

Most of my items are made to order; as such, they are exempt from returns unless faulty. However, please get in touch with me, and I will do my best to accommodate. I may consider custom items, but this does depend on whether I expect they can be resold.

Faulty goods

Most items are made by hand and are checked before being sent. In the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty, you are entitled to a full refund. It’s almost certain that any damage would have occurred during transit. Please note that I will likely ask for a photograph of the damage. This allows me to claim from the carrier.

I changed my mind

If you change your mind and would like to return an item, unless the item is exempt, you can return the item, though you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage.

Non-delivery

If, in the improbable event, an item is lost in the post, I will reimburse you fully. Please note that an item is not considered lost until at least 10 working days have passed. However, you must claim within 28 days.

Return Process

In all instances, please contact me first. The best way to get in touch is to send a message via my contact page. I will endeavour to respond within 24 hours, except for weekends and public holidays.

Once your return has been authorised, please carefully pack the item(s) and return to:

Please note that unless items are faulty, not as described, or received in error, you will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition, I will process your return or exchange. Please allow seven (7) days from receipt for me to process it.
