Refund and Returns Policy

What is your refund policy?

Most of my items are made to order, as such, they are exempt from returns unless faulty. However, please do contact me and I will do my best to accommodate. I will even consider custom items, but this does depend on whether I expect they can be resold.

Faulty goods

All items are made by hand and checked before being sent. In the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty, you are entitled to a full refund. It’s almost certain that any damage would have occurred during transit. Please note that I will likely ask for a photograph of the damage. This allows me to claim from the carrier.

I changed my mind

If you change your mind and would like to return an item, unless the item is exempt, you can return the item, though you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage.

Non-delivery

If, in the improbable event an item is lost in the post, I will reimburse you fully. Please note that an item is not considered lost until at least 10 working days have passed. However, you must claim within 28 days.
